Control, supervision and monitoring in the area of oil, water and gas through SCADA systems.

The experience that comes with me since 2000, where we started working on "Invensys Operations Management", one of the largest projects in the Burgos field with the name "SCADA System Implementation in strategic facilities in" Active production Burgos ".

My responsibility was on the field, with all the integration of instrumentation and RTU, which included the following:

-Transmitters Flow Rate Calculation of Gas:

*Dinamyc, Software used MICROMG4 and MICROMS4.

*Emerson Floboss Family, Software used ROCLINK™ 800      Configuration Software

*Bristol, Software Used Bristol® OpenBSI Utilities Suite.

*ControlWave XFC, software used ControlWave Designer.

                    

-Transmitters (4-20mA):

*Level (Brand Foxboro, Vega, Emerson)

*Pressure (Brand Foxboro)

*Temperature (Brand Foxboro)

*Flow Gas (ControlWave)

Another of the tasks included in my daily activities is the Installation, configuration and calibration of the following Flow Computers: 
Fisher Roc, ABB Total Flow, Thermo Scientific - Autopilot/Automate, Control Microsystems and Bristol.

Installation and configuration of Freewave radios, MDS Radios, Eagle    Alerts (Remote monitor of analog and  digital signals), Level sensors, level  Probes, Guided Wave Radar, Vibration  Sensors, Pressure Transmitters and  Most types of Switches. 

             

Skills acquired:    

I have learned to know and develop the use of:

-Preventive Maintenance on Gas Chromatographs (GC)

-Modbus structure (standard, PEMEX and Enron Protocol),

-DNP 3.0 protocol registers and configures industrial computers,

-Configuration and integration of master and remote radios to the SCADA system.

-Configuration, calibration and commissioning of field instrumentation (level    transmitter, pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, flow Gas Transmitter)

-Calibration and configuration of 4-20 mA field instruments

-Elaboration of communication wires to the RTU’s, Radios and Instruments (DB9,  DB25, RJ-45 and special connections)

-Analysis and Development solutions, Global Implementations.
